Postcard to Will - From the Triumph
OOC: Although I liked the sound of the postcard prompt comms, I wasn't so sure about the prompts, so instead I'm going to do a series of postcards that Harry's sent his younger step-brother, Will. At least, I'm planning on it being a series...
Dear Will,
It seems that the only postcards of the Triumph are a little old, but it gives you an idea of the ship I'm living on temporarily. It is much like living on land, though, perhaps because we are not really at sea, but also because we are all used to living in a small space.
Most of our time is spent on drills, inspections and maintaining the vessel. I have spent some time in the sickbay, which is sadly lacking, perhaps because if anyone is seriously ill they can be sent to the base at Portsmouth.
Nothing exciting has happened yet, beyond being attacked by seagulls but I am sure that will change once training is over.
