At approximately 1400 hours on Friday, March 27th, Captain Hitsugaya Toushirou of the 10th Division was apprehended by my Nineteenth Seat Sato Yoshitaka. He was placed under Level 1 arrest in the Ninth Division under the charges of attacking a Representative to Seireitei...Ichimaru, and using unauthorized abilities. He was found with a full Hollow mask, as well as broken pieces scattered about, and Hyourinmaru embedded in Ichimaru's torso. He is currently in solitary confinement at the Fourth under the watch of Unohana-taichou. Ichimaru is also at the Fourth.
Reports and evidence will be made fully available Monday morning. Any questions regarding the initial arrest may be directed at me personally or at my office (which I'm back in).
