I DID IT!!!
I put in my resignation yesterday. Mark and I had an awesome discussion Monday night and I realized he basically set me free from any thoughts or feelings that I had to be working my butt off to support the family. He said he wants me to be happy wherever I am, and while I can't quit altogether (there are bills that I am responsible for helping out with), I can at least find another job that I will be happy at.
So I'm taking my brother's advice and temping for a while...you know what's really awesome? The agency I'm going to places people at Rollins very frequently. Yes. The same Rollins I would kill to work for. So, we'll see!
But yay. No more ridiculous idiot bosses. At least, not permanently ;)
