Update
I probably shouldn't be updating when I need to get dressed and go to class by 10:20, but there you have it...
Last night was our spring Women's Glee and Men's Glee Club Concert, we did a fantastic job and I was thrilled that my parents, my roommate, Aaron, and various other friends could be in the audience.
Tonight is the first night of Passover, chag sameach to my Jewish friends and enjoy the first Seder! I'm taking Aaron and my friend Carley home with me after class gets out. When I come back tonight, I will bring with me lots of food to last me the week - I'm soooo excited for my mom's matzah ball soup!
Aaron and I have decided to live together this summer in Atlanta while he studies for the bar exam. We will leave after he graduates in late May and I'll come back either in late July or early August. My parents are totally behind it, I'm excited to get to know the area better and we're both looking forward to see how well we can cohabitate, even if it is for a couple of months. While Aaron is studying, I will be working to pay 1/2 the rent and cover other household expenses. We actually plan on living in Athens, which is an hour outside of Atlanta, but the rent is cheaper and there are bound to be many UGA students who need people to sublease their apartments for the summer. A bar class is offered there, which was the main incentive, but there are many other benefits to living there for us.
School is good, I've had a crazy couple of weeks with various exams, papers, midterms, etc. I'm looking forward to getting out the first week of May but this has been a great year! My roommate is awesome, I'm really looking forward to living with her next year, I had Aaron with me for one semester, which is better than none and we have been together now for 18 months, and I'm in the right school for what I want out of an education and career. Life is all right.
