That makes me so angry about your friend's dad :( I couldn't imagine my father doing that.

But serious congrats on the hopeful raise and bonus! Our reviews are coming up this month, which is scary for me especially since I haven't been there all that long and I've never worked at a job that had reviews for employees.

Yeah, it seriously pissed me off too. Jon's daddy is totally missing from his life too, and whenever I think about it, it depresses the shit out of me. How could a parent, especially a daddy, not want anything with their own child?

As far as the review, the might do you like they did me last year. My review was practically spectacular but I got a rating of 'new', cause well, that's what I was. So, it might go that way for you too. Just keep working hard (and smart) and I'm sure you'll get a bitching review.
