Holiday in Small town Saskatwan
Well, I just got back from My holiday in swift current sasktwan. I rather enjoyed it as I do every time I go. This time I brought along a friend. We are both mutual friend with a guy who lives in swift current. He let us stay at his house and be lazy as we wanted. Yep our height of our excitement was going to the mall on friday. I bought this cool lamp. The lamp shade kinda looks like a lava lamp bumbls. It looks really good with the rest of my tripy (stoner ) room. I also bought some coasters and a candle holder that has smiley face on it.
The rest of the weekend all I did was read, and watched movies by night. Both saturday and sunday we went over to our friend's parents place to swim in there big out door swimming pool. it was great. We lucked out in the weather department. But it was kinda hot coming home today. It was like 33 in Medison hat and that warm wind. It was too warm for me. It got cooler as we approched calgary. Where it started raining not long after we got back in.
So I learned two things while away. One, My car is really good for fuel echonomy. I filled up in calgary, and a courter of a tank left when I got to swift. Thats like 630km between the two places. The second thing I realized, I want to move out of calgary. I know this isnt possible for a while. But I know I want to get out of the busy life of calgary. I've realized that the city is starting to swallow me whole. As soon as I have enough money, and my debts are payed.. Im out of here. maybe for only a year... maybe forever. :P
Anyway, that was my holiday. One more day to be lazy then back to my boaring, mandane life.
