Ramblings...
Awww so apparently it snowed early this morning and I missed it! Snow in Texas means, it hits the ground for 2 minutes then you miss it because it's melted. Well that's what happens when you don't wake up until noon *sheesh* oh well.
Last night there were 2 drive-bys down the street and I'm only saying this because in my whole life that I've lived here, there has never been a drive-by, seriously, my street is pretty family-oriented. Well there's this house that has an older daughter who was involved with a stupid guy, then she broke up with him and he isn't taking it very well, he has been harassing them and coming by and driving by at all hours of the night. A few weeks ago, on a Sunday morning, he came by and starting yelling at the girl to come outside and her dad came out and they got into a mini-fight, the cops were called but by that time the guy had left. They have a restraining order on him but you know that don't mean sh*t, it's just a piece of paper. Well last night around 6:30 I heard some shots, the sad thing is is that I didn't even react, I just rolled my eyes. Later my mom called me and asked if I had heard, then she told me it was that guy again, he'd driven by and shot at their house, I know there are 4 other kids in that house. Police came again and just looked around the house but what were they going to find? Later on around 12:45, I heard shots again, so I go to the window but I didn't see anything. About 10 mins later the cops come again and they just shine their flashlights around the house but that's about it. Really? what are they going to do? nothing. They'll never charge the guy with anything and he'll just keep coming around until he gets what he wants, the daughter, and he'll probably end up killing her before he lets her go. Why you gotta come cause trouble in my neighborhood!!!!!
Oh yeah P.S!!!! The family had recently sent the daughter away to some home-for-girls protection place to keep the guy away from her, well she has been gone for weeks and all was quiet around here. Yesterday morning the family goes to pick her up and brought her back home and the guy suddenly shows up again???? COINCIDENCE??!? Something fishy.....
