College Track was a lot of fun. It was an odd experience to be the camper in that camp situation since I haven't been a camper since 2003. But the group of kids that we had was a lot of fun to be around and I'm really glad I decided to go.
Life has been alright. With just a few days left in Rockaway, it's interesting to see how hard other people will work with me to be able to figure out times to hang out. My last day in Rockaway is this Friday, August 11. Then it's off to Virginia Beach for 8 days with 23 of my family members, LMTI for 3 and a half days, home for a Panera going-away party, and then the next day [24th] I move into college.
I've started packing and it's kind of difficult to pack for 3 things at the same time. [Beach, camp, college]. I need to be packed for college before I leave for Virginia Beach so that's a bit tough.
And as much as I don't want to admit it, there are a certain few that I definitely will miss. One in particular. As of now I'm trying not to think about it, but I am content that I've made a good enough friend this summer that I'm going to miss someone more than ones that I've been in school with for numerous years.
And the week begins with a bang. Tonight: Bergen County for dinner. Tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday: LMTI + Panera. Friday: sushi, Lire?, packing. Saturday: Virginia Beach.
