a little analogy from susy that made me laugh during finals week last semester:
Ah, finals week. How can I possibly describe my feelings towards finals week? Perhaps with an anology...
Finals week is like having a tiny fairy fly around your head, screaming all the time, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!". And once other fairies hear the first fairy screaming, they swoop down and start screaming too, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! AAAAAAA! AAAAAHHHH!".
Once you've got 20 or so of them swirling around your head and screaming at you, that's when a shark comes and eats you.
Now that that's over, it's time for an long awaited update.
I've always wanted a lipring. And a punk boyfriend (proof from back in the day: think nick ceravalo, josh vernon). Not necessarily at the same time, but I've always wanted both for some reason. Why not, right? Right. When you want shit for a long time before it happens, it makes getting it so much more satisfying. Well I recently required (in a game of chance) both a lipring and a punk boy and life is good :D (except that my parents want to disown me... but I'm sure that'll pass.) Anyway, here's a pic of both:

So yeah, I've decided I'm not gonna take shit from people anymore. Not that that many people give me shit, but in the past I have been known to deal with stuff I just shouldn't tolerate. So I'm done with that and I'm feeling good about it.
School is almost over, I'll be in Ireland a month from Sunday and meeting up with Val in Italy on July 25th. Then it's back to the Roc for some hardcore good times before I'm already back to the books.
Having a positive outlook on the future is mad sweet. I wish I could've been in this mindset a long time ago... but it's understandable why I wasn't. Better late than never, right?
If you actually read this, congratulations and you rock. Leave me love and dates when people will be home, cause I'll only have a few weeks after I get home to chill before I'm gone til August.
