Hawks vs Celtics
bearpawly nudged me the other day, so since SOMEBODY did miss me I thought I'd drop a random post.
We went to the Auto Show Saturday afternoon, when we left to walk to MARTA and passing by Philips Arena, our friends Rob and Dave got a wild hair to see if there were tix left for the NBA Playoff game #3 between Atlanta and Boston (which started in less than an hour). Well, there were, in the nosebleed section of course. So we had cheap seats, drank expensive Bud Light and had a blast. Frank and I neither one are huge sport fans and had never been to a pro basketball game, but we were glad we did it. I snapped this picture just as we walked in and made our way up to the top. Surprisingly, the Hawks won! I never thought I'd give a flip bout such things, but I'm anxious to see if they win tonight.
