Hi there.
Things have been busy and have ranged from meh to good. Only a few important or interesting things have happened lately.
Next week is Thanksgiving week. Wayne does this thing where Tuesday is actually Thursday and Wednesday is actually Friday. Maybe thats standard every where but its still strange. The weirder thing is classes full of juniors and seniors not understanding how it works after going through it for a few years. Anyway, I only have one day of classes next week, which is tomorrow. So thats kind of nice. The week after that I have two tests Monday, one Tuesday, and a test and a group paper/presentation due. We are like 80% done with the paper though and are just waiting on two people. One of them is the group leader who has just flat out sucked all semester, so hopefully he will send his part in soon. Every time I complain about him here though it seems to get done soon after. Theoretically he could do nothing and we would just have to do his part and he'd get our grade. That class sucks, have I mentioned that? It will basically be over after the presentation that day and everything that matters will be done when the paper gets finished. Actually after the stretch of four tests this semester is basically done except for finals.
This past month really went by quick.
In the past month it's gone from mildly warm to freezing cold. The first snow is almost here. It used to be a day I really liked. But that was back when I could go from warm house, to warmed up car, to warm school. Walking campus sucks and so does sitting in a freezing car waiting for it to defrost. Also my mom turns the heat down to like 54 at night so its freezing inside at night, but she's always done that.
On Friday night Billy, Jerry, and I went to Windsor to gamble as Casino Windsor. It is so much nicer than Greektown. Its smoke free and spacious and is nicer in every possible way. We basically played slots only. It was sucking for me when I hit something good and won 300+ on one pull. So I ended up plus 200 dollars or so. That was good. Billy had never been to Canada or been to a casino and I'm pretty sure he is addicted now. So we'll probably be going back there.
