[Omega was perched on the edge of the bed beside Rassilon's feet as if challenging gravity to tip him over. He seemed quiet happy and was reading The Snow Queen. He smiles a little when Rassilon speaks his name but doesn't look up.] Hmm?

[Rassilon grumbled and turned lazily. Ah, well. why not ask.] What about that message? [He couldn't ignore it and dragging it out would just make it worse.]

[Omega looks up at him and remembers his initial reaction.] Are you sure?

[He shrugs.] Should I wait?

[rass_bestie]

No. [He holds out his hand for Rassilon to take and transfer the message.]

See? [He takes it and lets himself fall back on the bed. It's somehow become a lot more comfortable, almost as good as Omega's.] It can't be that bad. Hardly worse than what he said on the network [He closes his eyes and starts to listen.]

I was overwhelmed. [And he doesn't properly remember what happened with Rassilon's father, but he knows that he was killed through trial and well, those days with Minaru shifted his perspective rather impressively, and he's not sure what to do with it.]

[Rassilon doesn't hear him any more. He's finished listening soon -- the message isn't all that long. By the time he opens his eyes the colour has drained from his face.]

[He shakes his head. He must be mistaken, have misunderstood it... That couldn't have been his father. Maybe Minaru had forced him?]

[Omega scrambles to his side. He wonders if it's a good idea to touch him. His hand hovers over his shoulder before finally, gently placing it on his.]

[Rassilon turns to look at him, eyes wide.] That can't be from my father.

[Omega pauses, considering the possibility. But where Minaru lacks in sheer power, she makes up in pure skill and he doubts even Brax would have been able to break in and change it without leaving behind signs. Plus Brax didn't even know about Rassilon's message hidden in his own so he would have had no motive to try.] I don't know what it said.

[He's trembling a bit as he reaches out to touch Omega's temple, opens his mind and pushes the message forward.] It can't be him. Or... Or Minaru forced him. [He doesn't actually believe that and it's obvious from his tone.]

[The effect on Omega was equally visible. It confirmed Minaru's own impression and his own crime, their crime. He's silent for a long moment, not having really heard Rassilon's 'explanation'.] Minaru grew to like him.
