Here's more Screen Battles toy pictures for y'all. To the left is Screen Battles Scorponok spearing the hell out of Donnelly. Just like in the movie, but now with extra scenery stuck to Donnelly's feet.
Donnelly's the sorta xenophobic dude who kept telling Fig to speak English. From the sound of the way he says "beer," I assume he's from Boston. From the way Scorponok's spear goes through his chest, I assume he's dead.
Shortpacked!: The Second Book
Lots of you have been asking me about this, and I assure you, I am working on it! I experienced a hard drive crash a year ago, and lost a handful of files relevant to the second book. I am currently recoloring a few I need to recolor, and there will be two or three that I'll need to, well, trace to recreate entirely. I use a much broader palette these days, saving at 128 colors rather than trying to restrict myself to 32, so in a few cases, I've added a little range to some old strips I've had to recolor. Here and here are some examples. But for the most part, I can get away with copying colors exactly.
A new shirt?
Let me toss this idea at you folks. Would you be interested in a "Proposition 469" shirt? Maybe with a "Ban cancer forever" tucked somewhere. Please let me know if that tickles your meat.
