Whee, I found the Justice Lords Hawkgirl three-pack! Finally. So I ditched the yellow not-really-a-Justice-Lord Flash and set me up a real Justice Lords display. Like all the females in this most recent wave, Hawkgirl comes with a stand. However, Hawkgirl's stand seems to do her very little good. On mine, at least, it's too weak to actually hold her upright. When she doesn't fall off the peg due to the weight on her back, she leans dramatically. In the photo to the left, I have her balancing half-off the edge of the stand so she evens out. Grarrgh.
Didn't see any of the Primal/Megatron two-pack or the new 6" Titaniums. Rats.
In the same trip, I stopped by The Container Store to get more Clear Plastic Display Risers, this time to help tidy up my Justice League shelf. They've been on their faces for so long, and I've been waiting to get shelving help for them before rearranging them, and so today was the day. Huzzah! Man, I swear Batgirl's in the picture below, but Booster Gold is just a fatass or something. And what the hell's Starman doing up front? He's a nobody! Hrgh.
Oh, that's right. He's there 'cuz he can stand up under his own power. (Sortof. Both he and Metamorpho need some V8.)
Next... badguys. But not before my desk here appreciates the Justice Lords for a while longer.
