Friday's my birthday......yay.....

Well, not much to report on the Shortmann front. I decided to keep the PS3. It's a very beautiful system....especially on the new 26" LCD HD TV that I got for $270 =) Now if I could only find an HD cable that works :-/ Found a cable that worked! Mmmmm...PS3 on HD.
And as some of you know, my birthday is coming up on the 17th. And my response is the same as it is every year...whoopdy-freakin doo. I hate my birthday. Nothing ever goes right, so I usually don't try and make a big fuss out of it. Same goes for gifts, I really don't want anything. Jess got me a small Ax (about 2' in length) it's pretty. A little tarnished, but that can easily be polished.
On the birthday note, tomarrow (I think) is Susan's birthday, so happy B-day Susan, hope you have a good one. It appears everyone is going to Ren-Fest this coming weekend, but I'm going to have to pass on that one. Jess and I both work Sunday (me at 10AM) so we have to leave on Saturday for Mt. Pleasant. So far my birthday plans include going to a White Coat Reception for my sister, who is now a Physician's Assistant (PA).....and that's about it. We might go to Ceder Point, but that looks like it's not possible due to scheduling.
But, I can look forward to a week w/o work, so that's going to be nice. A week at home to play with Loki and see my parents.
