i got my password emailed to me...so now i can write again
if anyone is reading this, wow, i'm impressed, because i haven't updated in like 7 months and the fact that you're still checking is amazing and extremely hardcore. so i really don't know the reason for me writing in here, it's not like its necessary, like i said above everyone's given up on my livejournal after giving me crap for not writing in it for like 4 months or so. it may have been the boredom and laziness of summer or the desire to write or maybe i had something to talk about? who knows? so ya, if i decided to write about the last 7 months it would probably take days because sooo much has happened in my life. i guess thats what college and being in a big family does to you. i'll just try to give a very brief rundown i guess. lets see the last time i updated was when i was waiting to come home for fall break. since then i have experienced thanksgiving and easter at school, have come home again for christmas break, went on spring break with erin, becca, julie, kristen, caitlin, stu, paul, and colin, and returned home again for the summer. school itself, i went from not really doing a lot of work and slacking off first semester to trying really hard 2nd semester and although there wasnt a huge difference in my gpa between the two semesters, i know i tried harder and so i feel better about 2nd semester. i also went on a trip to valpo with kristen, becca, and erin to see something corporate, motion city soundtrack and ludo, i went to chicago with kevin and julie, and i went to a concert with becca teeter, caitlin, jon, and kelli (fall out boy, the academy is..., midtown, and gym class heroes). also during christmas break i visited erinypoo in moline, illinois and had some good times there. um...what else? if i went into the social aspect of college, rather then just specific events and academic stuff, then this would seriously go on forever (which can't happen bc i have my first hair appointment since august b4 i left for college in 25 minutes), plus certain topics are better left untouched. overall, my freshman year of college was amazing. when i get back from my hair appointment, well that is unless i go to the gym afterwards, but nevertheless sometime today, i will make a post of my favorite college memories so far. yes, i know, all of you who don't read this are looking forward to that post. i would be too. well time to get ready for my hair appointment, the guy that cuts my hair is hot and not gay, so i must look somewhat presentable. peace out my homie g-funks.
