(no subject)
School has been quite busy; I've got classes unfortunately that give me a heavy homework load. Fortunately, I have a few days to complete it all. Little is changing in the world of David at the moment. It feels like the calm before the storm- I have the presentiment that a great change is coming (whether that change is positive or negative remains to be seen.) To Daniella and Danielle: I apologize for the lack of story so far. It is nearly complete, but with work and school I've had very little time. It will be up within a day or so. Wednesday will probably be ideal, seeing as though I have one class and rarely work wednesdays. What I have so far is looking alright, however =).
I've been trying to think of something to write, (for a just me piece) and have so far failed. I sat in the library at school writing on my lunch break the other day, and just became frustrated with the results. No matter. It will come to me, I'm sure of it. With effort, it will come to me. I made an attempt at a poem (wrote it for Jo for our 6 month anniversary.) I wrote it in the style of the pre-romantic poets, and I'm mildly proud of it- however, it was difficult (according to Jo) to understand =). I have creative writing today, and I believe we'll be studying poetry, seeing as though that was the subject of the assigned reading. I work 5 to close. I don't mind working at Cinnabon- what I do mind, however, is closing Cinnabon. Its all about the mindset. I'm going to have a GREAT day! Yes, a spectaculamondous day! An extravagananzastical day! I don't think enthusiasm is my niche. Oh well.
