Losses can be hard. Especially when a person means so much, and/or when there was a future life in which you were looking forward to include that person in.

Think of the strength this person showed to you when he was alive. Maybe he had strength in the middle of the suffering too. But if you have memories of this person being strong s/he probably was. And I might be wrong, but I thing this is what really matters.

I am sorry for your loss. I hope you feel better soon.

Peace!

Pekky

While I can feel your pain, that doesn't address your loss - if I thought it would, it would be trivializing your loss.

My wish for you - may the memories never fade.

Buzz me if/when you are in town - I am on your gtalk contact list. We owe each other coffee, if I recall correctly (and even if I don't).

It's the same kind of loss. Unexpectedly early. An uncle. Perhaps we like to think that we're all so unique as human beings. Perhaps we're not. I'm glad you got to spend more time with him than I did with mine despite the geography.

I was hoping to catch up with you on this trip. But you're a busy man & I didn't think I'd make the A-list. Glad that you wrote, I'll find you when I get to Bangalore. Like it or not, this is my India vacation for the year.
