added highlight (not surprisingly):

SC REUNION!

It's nine-o-clock on a Saturday
The regular crowd shuffles in...

sure, it wasn't too fun to drive all the way out to southampton. but it was totally worth it. i fucking love those people!

it's weird that it still makes me sad to be out there. i could cry because i miss that place so much. it makes me sad for other people, because they think that we "southamptonites" are crazy. and they're probably right. but i want everyone to be able to feel like i do when i drive past my old campus. we may have defined dysfunctional, but what a great little community.

and even greater still: even though i haven't seen some of my classmates for 3 years, it was like we hadn't spent any time apart. i was genuinely happy to see every single person who packed out the tidewater last night.

few feelings are better than what i felt for 5 hours last night. (is that even grammatically correct?)

it's so refreshing to know that the good people haven't changed. i'm so glad i got to see them last night!

Son, can you play me a memory?
I'm not really sure how it goes
But it's sad and it's sweet and I knew it complete
When I wore a younger man's clothes

La La La De De Da
La La De De Da Da Da

Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
We're all the mood for a melody
And you've got us feeling alright...
