I found a more realistic place to live (possibly), it is a trailer in pearl (yee haw!) but its affordable and with two people whom I know are reliable. The house idea was kinda iffy, this is kinda set in stone depending on whether I like the trailer or not. They already live there, they just need a roommate to lighten the load. Both of them work

Pearl, Mississippi is a small town outside of the Jackson Area. Most people in Pearl are looked at for being extreme rednecks (hence the remarks during my post)

heh Carl is kind of a hermit. I drove past the place today it didn't seem to run down, but you can tell its Pearl (nuff said)
