There are some experiences in life that we have to do, whether we like it or not. We are required by unwritten law to perform certain deeds. Theoretically, the payoff is that you get to feel good about doing these things.
The problem is that I don't feel good about it anymore. I feel like I'm just putting in my time. Doing what's expected/required. I don't even enjoy it. All I can think about is when it'll be over. How nice it is when my time is my own again.
