So it's about that time...

Jan 07, 2007 23:57

I figured it's been a while since I've updated because I've been busy lol! Ok so let's see....lemme do an overview of everything that's been goin' on.

So the Monday before Christmas, me and Steven exchanged gifts, I got him the OBC recording of RENT the musical and then later in the week I got him Texas Chainsaw Massacre the original on DVD. He got me, Tenacious D's self-entitled album, Moulin Rouge on DVD, and West Side Story with a whole shitload of special features including the movie script on DVD! We went to Silver Diner because he had never been before and then came home and watched Moulin Rouge.

That Wednesday, I think it was, Erin came over and I got her a $25 dollar gift card to Target and she got me the Tenacious D special edition soundtrack to their movie-The Pick of Destiny including Tarot cards that are showing throughout the movie, the actual 'pick'-not the one used but a replica, and a mini poster! And we watched Moulin Rouge at my house. Annnnd I found out that I'm a Godmother, Spam had a healthy baby boy!!!

Thursday-Me and my mom went and saw Spam in the hospital and I got to hold my Godson! Yay!!

That Friday I went out with Sam and Steven to Red Robin-because he had never been, Sam went back home and me and Steven picked up Sara and went and saw Night at the Museum on opening night of the movie--very very funny!

Saturday-My mom put my hair in sponge curlers while we watched RENT.

Sunday-((Christmas Eve)) I spent all day with Steven at his Grandma's house. We all had sooo much fun I LOVED it! They do this gift exchange thing but I wasn't expecting any gifts from it. What happens though?? His family gets me this lotion from Bath and Body Works, soooo pretty--I love it! And they got me a stuffed animal that's a dog I named him Sirius...because he's adorable and he's one of my favorite characters in Harry Potter sooo yeah lol!

Monday-((CHRISTMAS!!!)) Woke up, went to Church, got home, ate breakfast, opened gifts...I got: a purse, Nightmare Before Christmas t-shirt ((that I'm wearing now)), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest special edition 2-disc set on DVD along with an extra disc with more bonus features, $45 gift card to Best Buy, $20 gift card to Olive Garden, $40 gift card to Best Buy, Lost Season 2 on DVD, Six Feet Under on DVD, Christina Aguilera's Christmas c.d., WICKED, the musical soundtrack ((because I played my old one so much it got scratches on it so my mom got me a new one lol!)), Nightmare Before Christmas scarf and glove set, $50 gift card to Hot Topic, Clerks II screenplay ((a.k.a. the movie script-has some goooood monologues to use for auditions, if you take out the cussing too lol!)), Son of a Witch ((the sequel to WICKED, the book)), $20 gift card to Borders and the biiiiig gift was tickets to see Light in the Piazza at the Kennedy Center on Dec. 29th!! I was sooooo excited I started crying lol! So later on that day, my Uncle Chris came by and we had dinner and then my uncle left and Steven came over and we watched Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and then we watched Resident Evil on DVD and we started falling asleep, then he left to go home.

Tuesday-Went to Olive Garden with Laura, did a lil' bit of shopping with her and her friend Portia at the mall got two bumper magnet stickers at Spencer's: one says 'support individuality' the other one says 'I'm only speeding because I have poo really bad' hahaha I LOVE it! I thought it was me! At Hot Topic I got a blanket/fleece that has Jack and Sally from Nightmare before Christmas on it and a hoodie with Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas on it. Then we went to Best Buy and I got, Jackass Number 2 that came with a free beanie, Dane Cook's Tougasm on DVD, Robin Hood Men in Tights, Clerks II, annnnd The Crow. I then drove back following Laura in her car to her house and then I left from her house to come back home, Steven came over, we started watching Jackass Number 2, but my mom said they had this Kennedy Center Honors thing on t.v. about Andrew Lloyd Weber ((I don't know if I spelled his last name right, if I didn't...I'm sorry)), so we watched that and then left the t.v. on and chilled.

Friday-((Dec. 29th-Light in the Piazza!!)) AWESOME SHOW!!! I ALMOST cried, I got teary-eyed and it was A LOT of fun going on a big dress up date with Steven. I invited Steven to go with me because my mom wouldn't let me drive to metro, it had to be someone who could drive on 95 more than I could especially in rush house. We arrived at a metro station and we took the metro into the city and then took a shuttle that is free btw that takes you straight to the Kennedy Center. He got an OBC cast recording of the show, I got a t-shirt ((which I forgot at the theatre, which kinda mad me sad but it's ok...)) and the piano music including vocal part of the songs from the musical! Which I was very excited about!

Saturday-Cousin Gift Exchange on my dad's side. A lot of fun! Most of my cousins ((who are all girls btw)) got to meet Steven. They all approved of him and said that they really liked him, so that's good! lol! We then we to Best Buy after everyone left I got Breakfast Club on DVD and Urban Legend on DVD. After that, we ordered pizza, we waited for it to be delivered to my house, ate pizza downstairs and watched Brick ((very very good indie film that he bought at Best Buy I highly recommend it!))

Sunday-((NEW YEAR'S EVE!)) I helped my 'rents' put Christmas Decorations away, got lunch, then got ready to go over to Steven's house. From his house him and his family went to this Japanese Steakhouse--soooo good! Then after that we went back to his house he packed a few things and came to my house to spend the night. Why?? Because after midnight drunk drivers like to go out and speed in their cars after midnight...so i didn't want to have to worry about Steven driving home after midnight with crazy drivers on the loose specially on New Year's. We watched Sin City and then we went to bed. He slept on the top level of my house and I slept on the bottom level of my house--because that's where my room is.

Monday-((NEW YEAR'S/LEAVE FOR PASSION))I got up a few hours later, got ready, woke up Steven, ate breakfast with him, said bye to my parents, waited with Steven while Krissy was coming to pick me up with her parents. I said by to Steven, and me and Krissy drove in her parents' van to the airport. Needless to say I was a lil' nervous on my first plane ride to...ANYWHERE lol! It really wasn't all that bad I just had something in the morning that I ate that did NOT settle well with me at all. But once I had some water to drink I was good to go. We arrived in Georgia and met up with her sister and brother-in-law and then got registered for the whole dealio.

Reaction to the Passion-Ok....let's just say I won't be doing that anymore. I realize that stuff is NOT for me. It's not that I'm NOT religious ((I really only pray before I go to bed every night, that's how religious I really am))....I'm just not in the whole like worship Jesus everyday kinda thing. It was just an experience for me to find out what 'the passion' was all about. And by the next day-Tuesday I called my mom telling her I wanted to come home. So that night Krissy's brother-in-law helped me find out a way to change my plane ticket home a day early. It cost me more money but I didn't care, I wanted to be home. So I flew home on Wednesday and Steven and his mom came and picked me up. They took me back to his house and we ate pizza, watched Rocky Horror and Steven dropped me off at home. I was glad to be home!!

So recently what's been up with me? Well, I'm on a limit of a $75 cash amount each month because I spend WAY too much lol! I need to learn how to save my money y'know? Sooo...I'm doing that now and I got my debit/credit card taken away because well my mom's holdin' onto it now because it'll just be too tempting to use it again if I have it with me.

Last night I almost was able to get tickets to see Evil Dead: The Musical with people from 'Rocky' because someone wasn't plannin' on going in the end so they had an extra ticket, so I called my mom to see if I could go annnd my mom said I couldn't because I spent extra money to come home early from the whole 'Passion' dealio annnnnd I've spent way too much this money. I completely understand that....but it just made me mad at myself so when me and Steven went to Subway for dinner before Rocky Horror that night I just started balling in the parking lot in my car because sometimes I hold so much shit that goes on inside of me that I don't really vent about it. And when I hold onto that one lil' thing it snowballs inside of me and when something so tiny happens to me I just let it all out and cry because most of the time I do NOT like crying in front of others--especially Steven. Out of all of my friends I'm the one known for being the wacky/crazy/A.D.D./comic relief in the group, I'm the friend that always tries to make people laugh because I HATE seeing people so upset. So I try not to let people see me when I'm sad. But I don't know....he just really made me feel better after I was crying right in front of him. But I'm ok now...don't fret about me!!

Steven, Laura and I saw Dreamgirls this past week--awesome movie!!! Last night I played 'Crim' it was pretty fun, Laura, Jenny and Laura's dad all came to see me, I was very happy they did! Now I have to start looking at Dr. Scott more-getting my costume shiz together for that and looking at Janet too-starting to get my costume shiz together for that as well. Friday and Saturday were rehearsals with Moose. Well I didn't rehearse, I just watched Steven rehearse as Dr. Scott and Riff. Then afterwards on that Friday, me and him went to On the Border to meet up with Trevor and Chris-lots of fun! Then their friends, Jessica and Ronnie showed up right as me and Steven were leaving. We went back to my house and watched Urban Legend.

Saturday earlier in the day was the big move to Sara and Jim's new house-it's sooooooo pretty and soooo nice! I LOVED IT! Can't wait to stay the night there one time, Sara said it would be alright too.

Sooo....today I hung out with Steven, we went to the fabric store in the mall to look for patterns for him and material, then to Borders--I bought, A Million Little Pieces ((I hope that's the right title of the book)), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas the book, and Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass sooo that was fun! Then we stopped at Target and I didn't buy anything except for a drink at Starbucks. We then came back to my house, had dinner, and chilled watching t.v. and then checked up on stuff on the internet. So now I'm sitting here...

So as you can see if one does not update in a while....there's a whole lotta shit for the other people to read---oh joy lol!! Tomorrow is mine and Steven's one month anniversary. Now, I know all of you are probably tired of hearing about me and him but...this is the first boyfriend I have EVER had and he is sooooooo damn wonderful, sweet, cute, caring, adorable, charming, I could NOT imagine myself with anyone else! And I know it's silly to say yay! Happy One Month...but y'know? So what?? We're happy and remember kids I used to be the 'anti-relationship' girl that used to think there wouldn't be anyone in the world that would be for me...so yes! That special someone will find you! And when he/she does, you won't be able wipe the smile off your face when ya think about them.

Aightyz....I've written enough it's 12:56 in the morning I have to wake up at 8:00 in the morning and it's past midnight so HAPPY ONE MONTH ANNIVERSARY STEVEN!! I love you!
I'm out...
