Are you living on the edge of life?
Hey Everyone!
Life here at CCU is great! Last weekend was my first time home. I was so excited to see everyone, including my wonderful church family. I missed everyone so much. And I got the most wonderful hugs from Samaria and Baby JB and the beautiful Amanda Agard. It was awesome. I got to spend some time with the fam, Brian, and Laura, so that was absolutely wonderful.
Since my last update I have become the Freshman class secretary. And I get paid for it, so that's cool. I have a job at Starbucks lined up, as soon as I get back from Christmas Break (the first/second week in January). I have also started volunteering at two different places. On Mondays from 4-5 I am a reading tutor/mentor for 2nd and 3rd graders. And on the second and third Friday's of each month I work at a club called the Underground. It's really sweet. And I'm excited about the wonderful opportunities that God has blessed me with and the wonderful plans He has for me this semester/year.
I've had a rough start to my week back at CCU, so if you think about it, please pray for me. Everything is just a little stressful. Because I actually start all my volunteer stuff and class office this week. Tonight I have a class officer meeting from 5-10 and then tonight is also an All Night Worship thing that I am also involved in. And not to help me any more but I have a paper due tomorrow. So, I'm a little on edge. But excited about everything.
