To my dearest friends:
I'm sorry I have not updated in a long time. And by now I'm not sure I really know what I want to write about or what you want me to write. (If anyone ever reads this journal anymore.) But here we go:
1. I went camping with Laura and Mia last Friday. We went down to our property in Ninevah. It was fun. I bought me a tent, so that was exciting. And watching Mia and Laura try to get a fire going was hilarious. It was also hilarious (and kind of gross at the same time) watching them get the hook out of fishes mouth. Good job on catching him Laura! And we don't have a bathroom there, or running water. So Laura decided she would hold her pee for one day and Mia finally got the guts to go out in the woods like myself. They are pretty high maintance girls. But it was fun. (This also counts towards my Relevant Magazine thing I am doing this summer. So now I've done 5 things and I have 5 more to go. And the summer's almost over :( )
2. Brian wanted to have a welcome back sort of date night since I'm back from SR. So we went to the Spaghetti Factory last Saturday. Ate our little hearts out. (Yeah right! Anyone who knows either of us knows that we both have big appetites and could eat forever.) Then we went pedal boating on the canal for an hour. That was fun. And the walk from Spaghetti Factory to the canal was nice too. Even if it was hot outside. I enjoyed it. After out little extravaganza at the canal we went to the Chocolate Factory on the circle and got this fondue for two thing. Umm..talk about good. It was a pile of fruit and sponge cake and you dipped it in hot chocolate. We ate the whole thing. I was so stuffed. On Sunday I didn't feel like I was hungry at all because we ate so much.
3. I leave for Cincy on the 19th. It's coming up pretty fast. I'm super excited. But it's totally bittersweet since everyone else I love is going to be here in Whiteland. I'm almost ready. I think I might go through my stuff today and see what I still need. We'll see. I'm feeling lazy. Which I don't very often.
Everyone have a fantastic day!
