It's a New Years Miracle!
Today I got paid. So I do what I always do and looked at my bank account to see how much I have and see how I will possibly pay all my bills, and today something different happened. Usually I realize that I'm not going to have enough money to pay everything and start crying, but today, I realized that not only do I have enough, but I have more than $30 extra dollars between now and January 15 when I get paid again. It's the greatest feeling in the world! I skimped for soooo long and I tried to save the few extra dollars a month that I have and it paid off, I'm out of debt. I am done having to eat food of questionable freshness because I can't afford to buy any, and Kristian no longer has to fill up my tank so that I can go to work the next day. I have managed to save enough over the past 3 months that I can afford to do those things for myself. I can even afford to pay off my credit card! Granted, it'll take a few more months, but I have the extra money to pay more than the minimum balance. Oh My God, I feel great! What a way to start off the new year!! That's gotta be a good sign, right? Happy 2006!!!
