Under the Silver Clouds...
I was told to be ready at 5 p.m. sharp. And I was. He showed up on time, walked me outside and told me that he parked just off to the left. And there was a driver holding open the door of a white limo. Inside there were red flowers and champagne. We drove past campus and around Old Town, finally we reached our dinner destination- The Melting Pot. I've never been there and I haven't heard much about it but it was so nice! He had the menu personalized and we had a quiet, private booth. The food was amazing. He even had them place a flower on the table for me. After a wonderful fondue meal, we headed off to Popejoy for the Monterrey Jazz Festival, where we had 3rd row, middle seats. The music was fantastic!! The whole evening was perfect. TKB has been trying to show me, for some time now, just how committed he is and now I really do see it. We've decided (well I guess I've finally decided) to give it one final try. I'm happy with the decision and I'm excited- it has been so long since I've been in a serious relationship, but I am ready.
