Food, water, sex and sleep

I'm watching Oprah (while working, SHUT UP!). She has some renowned heart surgeon on. He said the keys to loosing weight, and having a healty lifestyle are.
- Food
- Water
- Sex
- Sleep

He said these 4 things represent the major "centers" of the brain, and if these are being satisfied you will loose weight (Even without excercise)

Oprah said "Well, I have single female friends who are not getting any. What about them?"

I never actually thought I loved Oprah before, but she rocks.

He is saying you need these 4 thing's as a rule. I agree with him . . . Alot.
