Aw, this was really great. I loved all the detail that rings so true to the characters: She sees Andy trying to win April a teddy bear, Chris complimenting a little boy on his balloon animal, Lucy convincing Tom to get his face painted. Also, little Leslie Knope with her pigtails=♥

SO CUUUUUTE! I love that Ben legitimately wants to be there and doesn't insult her friends/coworkers and tries to play it casual with the old arm-behind-the-seat trick!!! UGH, I just want them to be adorable like this FOREVER!

My favourite line was this:
Even the mayor had showed his face ("Ben, he shook my hand!"). She hadn't stopped grinning all week.
Because 1)it shows that Leslie hasn't lost the wonder she had as a child and that's what I love about her and 2) she told BEN about it because he's her new go-to guy to brag to and I bet he understood and smiled.
