...You are totally using that icon on purpose.

It's fine, it's just... it makes people skeptical about giving out compliments later on, just because of the reaction. But your icons are lovely, and when people compliment you on it it isn't to just be nice, but because it's true.

It's hard to accept compliments sometimes, but at the same time it's simple: "Thank you for saying so." There's nothing wrong with giving yourself credit where credit's due.

I know it's just. There are some icons that I will admit I'm kind of proud of and stuff, but at the same time I know I could have done this that or the other better and it's kinda frustrating. And then it's like. People compliment them and I'm "mehhh" anyway on them. idk I find it hard to say thank you or something. There's just something HARD about saying it sometimes even if I do appreciate your comments on it, which I do. basically I fail and am a twit and hopefully one day I'll grow out of it.

Well, if you can't say thank you and can only think of something negative to say about yourself, then it's best not to comment. Let other people enjoy your icons because they enjoy it, instead of making them feel silly for complimenting you only for you to go "lol no, it isn't good." It doesn't help anyone, but especially you.
