For Sale: New Urban Outfitters Jacket and Mendocino Dress

I have a few things for sale, but am starting with this jacket and dress (hope to get my act together this weekend and shoot photos of the rest! ). They both have original tags (never worn).
Store: Urban Outfitters
Brand: Silence + Noise
Colour: Grey and sparkly!
Size: Small
Style: It's a bolero style (comes to the waist) with slight flair at the shoulder and 3/4 sleeves; gentle lapel (not a crisp crease)
Material: 66% polyester, 44% rayon
Condition: New, never worn with tag
Price: Originally paid $100 CDN (incl. tax), since it's new with the tag I'm asking $80 even.
Store: Mendocino
Brand: Ark & Co.
Colour: Taupe
Size: Large (but it fits very close, so buyer beware; might be better for a more modest medium-sized girl... I think I just inadvertently called myself immodest, lol)
Style: Cocktail mini dress (I'm 5'6 and it hits me an inch or so above mid-thigh); tear drop fringe in the front, plain in the back; darker taupe lining; hidden zipper at the side
Material: 100% polyester
Price: Originally paid $157 CDN (incl. tax), since it's also new, never worn with tag I'm asking $130.
I can meet at a subway stop preferably in the west end, but if you're interested we can work it out :D
