- SHOEBOX makes every effort to ensure that every product shown is displayed as accurately as possible.
- Stocks arrive in approximately 14 days after every weekly mass order if there are no shipping delays. In any case of a possible delay (~5 days) in shipping, SHOEBOX would inform the order batch accordingly via email.
- In any case where a product is out of stock, we would proceed with your alternative order (if stated during order), or provide a full refund after receiving the account details from the customer.
- The shipment for alternative orders will arrive one week after the initial out-of-stock notification. Customers are expected to wait another week for their alternative order to arrive in Singapore.
- SHOEBOX does not provide any exchanges as it operates strictly on a pre-order basis only.
- SHOEBOX does a quality check on all stock arrivals before mailing out the order item/s. In any case where a defect is found upon receiving the order, the customer is responsible to email us (favouriteshoebox@gmail.com) in 24 hours upon item arrival with a photo of the defect for an assessment.
- SHOEBOX reserves the rights to reject any exchange/refund based on its own assessment.
- Customers are expected to collect their items in 1 week after receiving the mass delivery email. Orders will confiscated if it is not collected after 10 days. Please inform us at the point of ordering if you cannot collect within 1 week after stock arrival.
- SHOEBOX reserves the rights to amend any of terms & conditions at any period of time.
SIZING CHART FOR LADIES SHOES
Please note that sizing and cutting vary for all SHOEBOX products. The chart above is not a universal sizing chart, it is solely intended for customers to compare their feet measurements/select the most fitting size. SHOEBOX would indicate if a particular design requires larger/smaller sizing based on each individual cutting of the shoes. If you need assistance in selecting the proper size, kindly measure the length of your feet from your toes to the back of your heel and contact us at: favouriteshoebox@gmail.com with the measurements.
If you have wider feet, or usually alternate between sizes (e.g. 37/38 for shoes), please take a size up for a more accurate fitting. Depending on stock availability, SHOEBOX would provide a half-size insole padding if required.
