Backtagging: I use this liberally myself, so go right ahead as long as it's not like...two months ago or something like that.
Threadjacking: Generally okay with me, if it's not, I'll usually state the thread's closed. If you're unsure, ask. 95% of the time I'll say yes.
Fourthwalling: Please don't. Not unless your character is Deadpool from Marvel comics, in which case I might consider it for minor hilarity.
Hugging: Go right ahead! As long as your character is at least a friendly acquaintance, Bulla will probably be fine with it. She'd be a bit weirded out if a total stranger did it, but wouldn't make a big deal out of it.
Kissing: Go ahead, but unless Bulla's either very good friends with your character or dating your character, this might involve an anime-esque super-slap (because Bulla is strong enough to knock someone flying if she's not showing restraint, and doesn't realize this)
Injury: Mild injuries - slapping, punching, kicking, etc. is fine. Please ask for anything more severe than that.
Killing: Not open for discussion unless I decide to drop her.
Mind-reading: Yes - but ask me so that I can give you some material to work with and we both have more fun that way.
Mind-control: Ask first. If there's an interesting plot-related reason for it, I'll probably say yes.
Plotting: I love plotting! Please feel free to contact me. I'm generally up for talking to people about game plot stuff, and if I'm not, I typically put up an away message indicating that I'm in a bad mood/not feeling well, etc.
