1. Should there be any mistake in which the supplier/merchant/concierge has ordered your item(s), i shall not be responsible for it and you will bear all necessary costs incurred for returning your item(s) to supplier/merchant/concierge.
2. if you do not collect your item(s) one week after arrival, your item(s) will be mine unless you tell me you're not going to be around for a period of time. my store room is only enough to hold my things.
