Right now I can see this out my window. It is a NEW fire on Mount St Miguel, which is about 8 miles away (not considering elevation), that was likely started from embers from the Harris Fire. Ryan is at work but has his sister's car. The winds are blowing in the opposite direction, I think, but I've packed stuff just in case. They've evacuated part of Spring Valley, the part of San Diego that is in between where I live and where this fire is. Scariness.
