You have until July 12th to do all the torrent downloading you can, according to... Ah I already lost the link and I'm tired and lazy.
Me and Fedge just spent literally all day at Jeff's, mixing the album. Being that the only recordings I've done before this were demos, this continues to be somewhat of a learning experience. Jeff really spent a lot of time tweaking out on the drums and other stuff to get a clean sound, and then made my bass distorted to my surprise but everyone favored it so I went with it. I've never really done bass distortion much before and it's always been kind of a mixed bag to me but it seems to work for this project. And then parts where I was doing different stuff from Fedge were turned up while all rhythm bass was left lower. Interesting. Samples were thrown in as well that worked pretty well. Whole thing should get sent out for mastering this week and we're stoked.
I'm really annoyed with how much money I spent last Saturday. Now I gotta wait longer to make copies of the 4/20 flier and spread 'em all over.
