The whole thing was mediated by a third party. I was interested enough to agree. There was no one else in the room while I performed the operation...but I felt like I was being watched.

Exceptionally? ... The wound healed nearly instantaneously when I removed the chip. I was going to close it up and found no need to do such a thing.
