Yes it's only 4:15pm, but Kelly Osbourne released the line-up early... the dates will come out tonight.

I am kind of pissed because they said metal is returning, but most of these 2nd stage bands are this hardcore shit. Bleh. Oh well. Decent, but not extravagant.
