People living in the fast lane always make excuses that they don't have time to go to the gym, jogging around the park and especially a 10 seconds sit-ups!
BUT NO FEAR MY FRIENDS!
With RS5 ''GOOD DAY'' program you will never make those excuse anymore!
All you need to do is follow these 5 easy steps to a Good Day ahead~
1) When you wake up sit by the side of your bed and swing your leg from right to left for 10 times just to get the blood flowing through your brain which will gives you the energy you need to start your day.
If there's a ball by your side, kick it!
2) Do a slow walk to your bathroom, which is similar to jogging, but slower, and shorter distance...
Which is better actually, if you hate jogging!
Don't forget to say good morning to your roomate on your way there ~\(^o^)
3) If all fails, whining for a moment in your bedroom is good too.
This gives time for you to think whether you should go to work or skip the lectures that day.
4) Wonder what's going on in the world today? Catch the morning news!
Watching the charming anchor in the morning will definitely bring smiles to your face
(even if he's wearing shorts behind the desk)
Find out about the weather forecast!!
so you can prepare yourself an umbrella before the rain.
5) Walk out the door and walk to the nearest park and start your day with a mini 'GOOD DAY' work out;
first, swing your hand front to back
do the 'grinding' left to right
wave your arms high
swing your arms open wide and move from left to right, don't forget to smile! ^^)
do the chicken wing dance and stretch your arm to the side,
repeat this left and right~
then do a small jump up and down left to right
then do the chicken moves again
and finally, lift you left arm to your face and slide your right hand in and wiggle those fingers~!
With that you have COMPLETED the RS5 ''GOOD DAY'' program!
Hope you will have a GOOD DAY today~! and don't forget to put that smile on your face
