This Is What You Want-This Is What You Get
The food came...I was feeling starved. The server set it down and at first I thought it might be prepared differently.
Then I tasted it...it was NOT General Tso's but instead the favorite of kids everywhere (because it so sweet) Sweet and Sour chicken. "Ah,rats!" I said as I tasted another bite. I kept it...didn't see the point in complaining about it. As I was eating my mis-served dish I started to wonder about the idea of a dish that is made to be sweet AND sour.
I don't know what it was,recent personal life, my need to try to understand everything or just hungry brain thoughts, but I figured that this dish was created for one reason.-
The dish is is like love and relationships, SWEET and SOUR. Whoever came up with the idea of this dish had to have been having a relationship that had its own moments of sweet, followed by the seemingly un-avoidable pains of a relationship that is sometimes sour.....
