well, it was bound to catch up with us. miette is sad, nearly depressed, confusion, nothing makes sense. her father mr. false promises and his parents also false promises... but that delusion will carry you only so long, right? sigh
i remember little one full of life and excitement and joy to meet people but now .... just sadness.... hormones? no, real sadness

friend is interviewing my kids for her school pjct re children's friendships. i'm eavesdropping right now. m's turn is next. ivy's so much more secure and confident and discerning....
