My bookstore is a great place, the people who work there on a 99% level do all they can to get work done and really help out.
My grandmother was sick and Stephen worked all day, Dwight came in, it was great...I really appreciated it.
I really do have a great appreciation for the people I work with, and for dealing with me at times.
I can be a hard boss in some ways, I expect a lot...of doing your job.
I want things done right and on time and if you do it right I am like good job and even if you dont...I am understanding to a point.
Now to just get everyone on the same page.
