Ahh The Weekend
I am still jolly about my Harry Potter viewing earlier this week. I thought the movie was really excellent, especially after thinking about it and realizing how much they had to smash into a feature film length time. Movie companies cannot afford to put the budget in to have 4 hour movies for Harry Potter and they also have to attempt to reach a wider audience than just the book readers.
I really enjoyed how Newell did it and I thought that though I would have liked to have seen some of the stuff they had to cut, they weaved the story quite well and left me very contented.
Anyway...
Adam and I had a lovely dinner last night, just spending time with him, I like doing that and then today I opened...which was a pain because I was soo tired, still am, I need to get to bed. After work I went over to Kyles and he had the MOST AWESOME thing for me ever. :)
I got to play the FFXII demo which just made my entire afternoon. Kyle is the awesome.
We then went some places and had dinner, good food.
Then I went back and played some Dragonquest VIII which I had never played before...but really really liked. (except the candy cats...I did not like them)
I sucked at it for a while and then before I resolved to toss Kyle's wireless controller across his room, he began to play and totally accomplished what I couldnt which made me want to murder him.
It was so great though, I had a really nice night. :)
It really did make my week a ton better.
