Arizona will have trouble letting Callie help her to get herself through therapy. She will continue to push Callie away and at some point have a epiphany and will apologize to Callie and start to "snap out of it". She will get a prosthetic and kick ass at physical therapy and go back to work. (yes... that's one prediction...)

Arizona will become Chief of Surgery and Callie will award her by having hot, lesbian sex on the desk in her new office. (what? It could totally happen... and if not I should just write it....)

Awwww god, sometimes I just have no words when I see her! Now I either smile so big or burst into tears everytime I see a pic of her from before crappy season 9!!

PP - Addison and Jake will eventually ride off into the sunset together! Sam will be lonely forever because he's such a grump and Amelia will find someone who love's her and she'll finally be happy and will never fall off the wagon again and Charlotte and Cooper after most likely many arguments and possibly near break up's will be happy and Charlotte will surprise herself by being the best mum ever ( ... )

GA: The problems with Derek's hand remain and he becomes more and more frustrated, which in turn puts a huge strain on his relationship with Meredith. On the other hand, the problems have him bond with Arizona while they work through accepting their limitations together and try to rehabilitate. They become close friends and help each other through it and eventually both of them get back to work.

PP: At first Charlotte will have problems with the triplets and turn away from them most of the time until she realizes that they and Cooper need her to be there and then she ends up fully embracing motherhood. Both Amelia and Violet will end up being hugely supportive and they help Charlotte and Cooper out a lot, they'll will become the babies' godmothers.

Grey's Anatomy:

April's gonna get pregnant and she and Jackson are gonna try the only approach they haven't had so far, which is for them to a) marry and b) keep the baby.

Private Practice:

Charlotte and Cooper will continue to be adorable and Charlotte will be amazing with the triplets. Also she's gonna quit one of her jobs. Not quite sure which one, though...
