Points: 20 points for answering all the questions, 10 points for partial answers, 5 points if you just fill out the part about returning for Phase 4 + bonus points for sigtags & icons

Also, if you haven't told me if you are returning, look for a post in your team comms this weekend. You need to tell me by 11:59p EST on Tuesday if you're coming back for Phase 4 (which will start Wednesday) or you will be cut! (You can still fill out the survey. It's not worth points anymore, but if you have input into what challenges you do and don't want to see for next phase, I'd be happy to hear your thoughts!)
