Boy, so now that it's been made explicitly canon that Drummer's interest in Naomi is romantic, everything with her and Holden and Naomi in late season 3 really cuts deep, doesn't it?
The best part is that it is clearly there, in the acting and the mix of anger and veiled hurt that she's clearly suppressing when she's around them. But watching originally, it was sort of hard to tell how much of it is actually intended to be jealousy and how much of it is "fuck you, Holden, stop dragging my friend into situations that could get her killed" -- which, I mean, there's that too, but there is now an extra layer of "cheesegrater to the emotions" levels of pain over things like, say, Drummer's hurt (and the way she obviously swallows that hurt) when she realizes that Naomi came to the infirmary to get her help saving Holden as much as to actually see her.
