tried to bookscout at goodwill sherman oaks and they had a whole lotta nothing.
i did get a black velvet clutch purse and a wool skirt in pukey green. total: 3.98.
have had 2 calls for the bookstore today. one was from a priest (!) in michigan starting his own booksite and the other was a customer in la, disappointed to hear i didn't have a first of the author he is going to a signing for tonight.
answering machine suddenly doesn't work.
a year ago i had an abortion.
found ants swarming recyclables in pantry. ew. they've gone down the trash chute now, which should be ant heaven.
reason i've been so funky has made itself apparent 12 days early.
oh.

my handmade valentine list has gotten shorter.
that's sad. i realized earlier that i haven't had a real fight with anyone (except my spouse) since 8th grade. and that was leslie.
