I'm a 28yo that lives in the Greater Portland Metro area. Just started working IT for a fashion company. Previously I was doing the same work to an Athletic Equipment/Apparel company. I was a Programming student in college, and since before that I've been designing games largely as a hobby and possibly a future career path should I ever get something off the ground.
My posts are generally public, though I tend to keep the more personal details out of them due to the nature of the posts. Which I'll explain...
I started my LJ account as a way to vent and work out the details of an aspect of my life that became more active. For years my relationships have had a very 'open' nature to them, though neither party really acted on that. The LJ was started when that activity started and there became a realization that Theory and Practice are vastly different things. The lack of direct personal details are kept out of my posts in the event my family happens upon my writings. They're not the most open-minded of people and, for the time being at least, I would like to keep up appearances with them.
I've been trying to branch out a bit in what i write about. The first couple months of my LJ were devoted to the Polyamorous lifestyle, since I've added posts about stories I've been working on, ideas for new ones, as well as ideas about games I'm working on.
