It's probably not fair to ask because I have gone on a semi hiatus kind of abruptly.

After reading your post I kind of understand what you're trying to say, because I think similar thing happens to me too, it may not exactly be the same but I think being here in this fandom is like my virtual safe haven, the place that I can run away to when rl gets too stressing (well what can I do when I got a really stressful work, live alone and being far away from family XP)
I think the people here in LJ from 1-2 years ago were quite different, recently the ones I usually saw last time, most of them have migrated to twitter and tumblr, although some do still stick around but they're not as active as before which is kinda sad, but recently too, I saw new users who started to use LJ, especially for fanfics, and subbing communities, and I've made some friends with them, and suddenly I don't feel so alone now haha
But if you're making a comeback I will be so happy, I miss your translations and fanfic very much, I still remember you multichapters series even until now, and I keep wondering whether it's finish or not (sounds crazy but crazy things did happen to me haha)
And I'm glad that you're achieving so much in your rl. I hope you'll be happy always^^ Take care!

I'm sorry it took me forever to reply to your comment, but I just want you to know that I really miss this place, and I really appreciate that anyone even remembers me.
Same as you, LJ is my safe haven, and Arashi is always in my heart, in my ups and downs, so yeah, looking forward to fangirling again :D
And yes, I'm lucky enough to be able to achieve --thanks to God's and people's generosity to me-- things I wanted to achieve, but still, the fight is not over yet...
