01. What was your first cosplay?
Juubei Kakei from Getbackers. I was, and still am, a big GB fan, and Juubei was the closest i could get to with my dark skin. XD;;;; Had help fromkitmun who cosplayed Juubei the year earlier too, so it was a good first time experience 8D
02. Did someone get you into cosplay? Or on your own?
I would say there were 2 factors to me going into cosplay, one was Tenzan who was so into it and brought me to CF... the one at the hotel near Pudu. Had my first taste of cosplay there XD the other factor would be Gan who followed suit a few months later at gempak. i went "hey if gan is willing to do it i should too 8D" yeah peer pressured much XDXDXD
03. What is your favourite cosplay?
mmm, that would be Black Tyki. demented + elegance = 8D and yuu-chan being my rhodes was just icing <3
04. Which is your least favourite?
if i had to choose one it would be the akuma tyki. helmet by raincloud was nice, but i learnt that making a form fitting costume without actually going to a tailor in the first place is very bad :(
5. At conventions, do people compliment you on your cosplays?
i've had ppl say i give the same feeling of the character, which is YAY in my book cos roleplay is my number one reason for doing this shit hahaha XD
6. How many have you done?
Very sikit: 4, 5 if u count my never worn bleach hakama XDDDD mostly due to "no time to go to event, so why make a costume" factor
7. What are the top 5 on your list of "Want to Cosplay"?
mmm here's what i can think off from the top of my head:
(1) Gambit (X-men Original Costume) : yes, impossible design with impossible to get material plus my financial situation now = no time soon cosplay.
(2) Jace Beleren (M:tG New Generation Planeswalker) : always wanted to cosplay something from MtG, now with the introduction of storyline planeswalkers i can do something relevent AND cool 8DDDDD
(3) Gray (Fairy Tail) : specifically this costume, not the usual naked-except-boxers state he's usually in. this will only happen once i get a good Erza & Natsu tho hehe
(4) Hunter Tier Armor (World of Warcraft) : ill prolly do this once i learn how to make my own armor. and with Blizzard making better tier armor im better off waiting for the WotLK tier sets to come before choosing one :P
(5) Father Pucci (JoJo's Bizzare Adventure - Stone Ocean) : cos JoJo is just fricking awesome. and he's such a demented badguy. which entails this only happening when i consider myself awesome enough to do it lololololol
8. What female cosplay do you want to do most?
Kipi! wait, u mean cosplay, not cosplayer.... then nothing? :P
9. What male cosplay do you want to do most?
Gambit! THAT DAY WILL COME!!!
10. What do you prefer to do, make or buy your costumes?
Preferably buy them. But from a tailor.
11. Your most memorable experience? What makes it so memorable?
Kurogane fight scene withithronluin andraincloud_sama at GACC 07 ahahahaha. that scene was awesome on so many levels i set that as the level i have to reach for each of my performances now XDXDXD
12. Your dream cosplay?
the whole cast of You're Under Arrest hohohoho (like durh)
13. Is there a pattern in your cosplays? If so, what?
tall, dark hair, dark skin(ish), never the main character and ALWAYS HAS SOMETHING BAD HAPPEN TO HIM IN THE STORY. ALWAYS.
14. Your most recent cosplay?
hahaha ghetto urahara cosplay during architecture course orientation, whichsky_pegasus saw XD;;;;;
15. What do you prefer? Cosplaying in a group or on your own?
groups are always fun for events, but for photoshooting id prefer just 2-3 ppl :P

in other news, the final week of this semester is coming, and that means the final stretch for my final projects (not to mention studying for other subjects D:)
for the nature design project, i decided to make a japanese tea house-influenced nature retreat in a bamboo grove in pahang. with it being a tea house, we can actually experience nature with all 5 senses; sight (see bamboo trees) sound (hear the nearby stream) touch (feel the wind) smell & taste (tea!). we were also asked to make up one client for this, and i just randomly chose kemuridono hahaha. put one pic of kemoo as human scale once model is finished y/y? >D
for my design drawing (different) class, we were asked to make a presentation "board" of Lessons from Melaka, and i went with the theme Think Outside the Box. ill be making a 400mm3 cube with random boxes jutting outside all 4 sides of it with information i gathered from melaka that to me relates to out-of-the-box thinking. lecturer had an idea of printing out backgrounds for the box with just typography of my theme, which sounds cool, but isnt doable for me cos i has no photoshop and my comp might not handle it. so i got a request for u ppl on my flist:
can anyone make a simple 400x400mm white background image with the typography "THE BOX, THINK OUTSIDE IT" or something similiar (caps to taste) with faded colors relating to melaka (grey or the melaka maroon?) this image will wallpaper 5 sides (including top) of the box, and ill be writing / sketching stuff on tracing paper and pasting it on this background, so it shouldnt be too menonjol. domo yoroshiku onegaishimasu m(_ _)m
