Things are going well.
As for my job situation, I had an interview with
this company yesterday and went anyways, even though I didn't really know what they were about. I found out that if they think you're hire-able, they send you to their training course and set up meetings with their clients to go do security for them. So basically they train you, fix up your resume, set up the interview, and get you the job all you have to do is show up. So they accepted me..I guess that's what you'd call it because they don't actually hire you. Well I was thrilled when I came out of the interview because it went really well and I was super nervous. Also I get to go back to school! They send you to a 2 day training course at the U of T which rocks cause I miss school so much. And the guy told me that cause I have my Law and Security diploma I'll get more money and a better job than the average person. (The average person gets $10.50/hr so I'll be getting more than that) I was super happy.
Then I talked to my mom. Who tried to convince me that the company was a scam, they were gonna take my money and she'll plan to help me with rent next month. And she went on about how she wants Jenn's old stereo, her dad to look at her car, and for me to go visit her this week. I told her where to fucking go. I guess the boost of confidence from the interview helped me be honest with her in telling her she can't expect things from everybody. Bah. Enough of that.
Home life is wonderful. I cook, I clean, I take care of the kitty. Just the average home maker stuff. Teehee. We got oldschool Nintendo and Playstation1 hooked up oh yeah baby, we got the best gamin systems in TOWN. Oh, yeah, and (Michelle will appreciate this..) there's a crazy lesbian upstairs who works for a shelter and houses these weird cats with no tail and seven toes and some disease on their tongue. Seems like we can't get away from the crazy pet lesbians. Even though I so know that's gonna be me someday.
I feel like pie. I gotta go eat some.
